DEFINITIONS & DISCRETIONARY SERVICES
"Project"A Project is a discrete set of curated and approved content, with related thumbnails, post-backgrounds, tags and copy for dialogs and social shares and Send-to-a-Friend (STF) emails.
"Add-On Project"An Add-On Project is defined as a Published Project that is in excess of the number of Published Projects included as part of your basic License.
"Published Project"A Published Project is defined as a Project from which data has been pulled on any five (5) days within a calendar month. Data is pulled from a Project when users interact with a Wall.
"Primary Wall"Your Primary Wall is the Wall that is located on your website and to which all social share and STF links will point, regardless of the syndicated wall from which those shares originated. All the inbound links in your social shares and STF emails are coded to this Primary Wall location.
Usage-Based and Discretionary Services and Fees.
Add-On Project Publishing Fee.
This is a monthly fee for each additional Published Project, in excess of the single Published Project that's included in the basic license for your Wall.
A "Syndicated Wall" is a synced version of one of your Walls. Syndicated Walls can be placed on almost any page or site. And if you enable our syndication feature, your users can grab a smaller copy of your Wall to put on their blog or website.
Adjust Your Live Wall URL
If you need to set-up, QA and tweak your Wall on a staging site, prior to moving it to its production site.
Includes recoding your Wall's Code, social shares and links for production page implementation, and, if you've licensed a Facebook-located Wall, implementing your Wall and custom tab on Facebook staging page and production page. Website staging page to be provided by Licensee; ScreenSpaces can provide a staging page for Facebook-located walls, upon request.

User-uploaded videos must be served by ScreenSpaces. However, you can source your own video content, from a dedicated YouTube channel.
We work with an aggregated, global-edge, PCI-compliant CDN solution. Our hosting features dedicated private servers, redundant infrastructure and network connections, 99.9% uptime, 24/7 monitoring, and off-site backups.
Estimating Usage: Bandwidth varies depending on many factors, including definition (HD/SD), file type and bit rate. For purposes of example only, we would expect to serve approximately 185 views of a 1-minute video encoded at good quality (640 Kbps video, 128 Kbps audio) per GB of bandwidth.

If you don't need to use your Wall(s) or your Admin Console for an extended period, we can shift your account to Hibernation Status — we'll maintain your account, your content and all your settings for a reduced monthly fee.
During the Hibernation period, there will be no data feed to your Wall(s) and no access to your Admin Console. Whenever you ask us, we will return your account to active status and your normal monthly charges will resume.
* Hibernation status may be no less than two (2) months and no longer than six (6) months. After six months, unless account is returned to active status, all content, settings, and other account/Project-related data will be deleted.
